These two photo’s were taken at 19 Peascroft road, Hemel Hempstead in early November, Please note the condition of the room in the first picture. Robert is playing what I call his “I don’t want to go with daddy” game as devised by lorraine. Note the smile on his face, he is showing me the tennis ball he found. Also note the electrical extension lead on the chair, the plastic carrier bags, and the bed frames in the rear left hand corner. There is a back boiler in the room but there is inadequate ventilation, I have offered to remedy this in the past but have been refused, I believe that this is illegal due to health and safety regulations. The bed frames are great for climbing up and jumping off when he is playing at being superman (which he does often). As you can see there is also a bed frame at the top of the stairs. I tried to talk to lorraine about this but was told to mind my own business.

The 3rd picture was taken at 10:05 on Saturday 24th November, this is the regular condition of the kitchen, note the birthday cake and pineapple left out overnight uncovered.

I realise that these are poor quality pictures but they give a very clear indication as to the unsuitability of the conditions that my children are living in.

Obviously if lorraine knows that someone is going to visit  her then she will tidy up, however an unscheduled surprise visit would be very interesting. I have also been informed of a flea infestation in the smallest bedroom (top of stairs to the right) because of this the room hasn’t been used for over 4 months.

I have been told that Robert is now sleeping on a camp bed set up in his mothers room, I feel that this is unacceptable, at 5 years old he should have a proper bed in his  own room or at least sharing with his brother not his mother. Robert is proud of the fact that at Daddies house “He has his own proper bed in his own room because he is a big boy now” this is what Robert has said on more than one occasion.
